ELEGANT PLANNING, THOUGHTFULLY DELIVERED
To begin the process, couples are invited to complete the enquiry form on the website, sharing a few key details such as your wedding date, venue and a brief outline of what you’re looking for. Once I’ve confirmed availability for your date, we can look to schedule a consultation.
Consultations typically take place between 6 and 12 months before the wedding, though many clients choose to secure their date earlier with a deposit, up to two years in advance. Meetings can be held in person at my Troon studio located in the heart of Ayrshire, or via Zoom this gives us a chance to talk through ideas, inspiration and your overall vision for the day.
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a custom, itemised quote tailored to your floral requirements. This typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the scale and complexity of your day. If you’ve not yet booked, I’ll hold your date for two weeks after your consultation to allow time for review.
To secure your booking, a deposit of £100 is required. While I don’t currently ask clients to sign a formal contract, I do provide booking terms and conditions which outline key details. The final balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
Once your date is confirmed, I’ll remain available for any updates or adjustments along the way. Around 4–6 weeks before the wedding, we’ll schedule a final design meeting to confirm everything in full. This is also when we’ll finalise timings, logistics, and any special floral requests.
Most of my clients come to me with a clear sense of their style or have gathered images to share, though I’m happy to offer visual guidance and inspiration as needed. I occasionally include reference images in the quote, but every floral plan is tailored uniquely to the couple.
If we’re working at a new venue or alongside other suppliers (such as cake makers or stylists), I’ll liaise directly to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Bridal flowers are typically delivered around three hours before the ceremony, unless otherwise arranged. Ceremony spaces are styled approximately one hour before the start time, although this may be adjusted depending on the venue or if the ceremony is held outdoors.
I oversee all setup, from aisle florals to table styling and offer a transfer service for clients who require ceremony arrangements moved to the reception space. This can be arranged in advance and is tailored based on the size and complexity of the wedding.
The following day, I return to the venue to collect any hire items such as vases, urns or stands. All fresh flowers are left behind for you and your family to enjoy, they are yours to keep.
I recommend securing your date as early as possible, ideally 12 to 18 months ahead of your wedding day. Popular dates do tend to book quickly, but if your wedding is approaching sooner, I would be delighted to see if I can accommodate you.
Yes, there is a minimum spend in place for full wedding floral design and styling, which starts at £1500, plus travel costs for venues outside of Ayrshire. This helps ensure that every wedding receives the time, care, and attention it truly deserves. I’d be more than happy to chat through all the details with you during your consultation.
I provide a full range of wedding flowers, including bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, ceremony arrangements, aisle flowers, reception centrepieces, and styling for cakes, staircases, and other key spaces. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect the atmosphere you wish to create.
Yes, I offer a selection of vases, urns, candlelight options, stands, and floral arches to complement your wedding flowers and enhance your venue styling. These items are available to hire as part of your overall floral design.
Many of my couples enjoy sharing their inspiration boards, favourite images, or colour palettes. I welcome as much or as little input as you wish, working with you to craft a design that feels truly personal and beautiful.
Yes, I’m pleased to travel across Ayrshire and further afield if needed. Travel costs do apply for locations outside of Ayrshire, and these will be discussed with you during the planning process to ensure everything is clear and tailored to your day.
Yes, I personally oversee the delivery, setup, and installation of your wedding flowers to ensure everything is styled to perfection. I also liaise with your venue and other suppliers where needed, so you can simply relax and enjoy your morning.
All of the fresh flowers are yours to keep at the end of the celebration. I return the following day to collect any hired decor items such as vases, urns, or stands.
Of course. I understand that plans may evolve as the day draws closer. You are welcome to amend your wedding flower order up to around six weeks before the wedding. I am always here to help should you need to make any adjustments.
