Romantic Florals at Achnagairn Castle

Siobhan & Andrew

Styling Notes

Surrounded by candlelight and timeless architecture, Siobhan and Andrew’s wedding at Achnagairn Castle was the perfect backdrop for a floral story filled with romance and refinement. Every bloom and detail was carefully chosen to complement the historic grandeur of the venue, while adding a soft, contemporary elegance.

The ceremony space was transformed with an aisle lined in candlelit lanterns, delicate rose petals, and natural floral clusters that framed the castle’s striking fireplace. Overhead, soft string lighting created an intimate, golden glow throughout the grand hall.

For Siobhan, we designed a textural, garden-inspired bouquet of Hellebores , ranunculus, scabiosa, dusky pink and ivory roses, lisianthus, astilbe, and soft seasonal foliage. Her bridal florals paired beautifully with the rich, jewel-toned velvet seating for portraits, adding depth and contrast to the palette.

The reception was equally atmospheric, with elegant table florals, softly lit candles, and a warm, organic flow of greenery that tied the entire space together. Every floral element was designed to feel luxurious yet relaxed, perfectly in harmony with the couple’s vision for a day that felt both meaningful and magical.

This wedding is a true reflection of what’s possible when floral design is treated as part of the venue’s architecture, not just an accessory, but a transformative layer of storytelling.
