Seasonal Wedding Florals At Mount Stuart

Chelsea & Mathew

Styling Notes

Set within the opulent interiors of Mount Stuart, this wedding embraced a palette of deep reds, blush, and berry tones.  A rich, romantic contrast to the grandeur of the historic venue.

The wedding flowers were designed to feel bold yet refined. Lush, textural arrangements of Dahlias, garden roses, astilbe, amaranthus, astilbe, and thistle anchored the tables, their moody tones softened by candlelight and the soft shimmer of cut glassware. Each table was styled with layered linen, elegant charger plates, and custom details that felt timeless and deeply personal.

The bridal bouquet reflected the tone of the day – full, sculptural, and decadent with dusky pinks and crimson blooms wrapped in silk ribbon. Buttonholes echoed the palette, with velvet-textured petals and Scottish thistle adding a nod to heritage.

As dusk fell, the glow from hundreds of candles brought a softness to the stately space, creating an atmosphere that was intimate, immersive, and unforgettable. Every detail worked in harmony to transform Mount Stuart from a striking backdrop into a fully styled experience.  One where florals were not just an accent, but the soul of the setting.
